Domestic: T-cat, SF Express, Kerry Express, and major CVS (7-11/FM/Hi-Life).Global: DHL and SF International. No individual contracts needed; access the best rates directly.
Do you support cross-border shipping?
Yes! We provide full integration for global logistics covering Asia, Europe, America, and Oceania with competitive international shipping rates.
Are there any inventory upload limits?
No limits. Whether you have 10 or 10,000 items, all plans support unlimited SKU uploads.
Plans & E-Wallet
What is the subscription model?
We use a flexible monthly subscription. No long-term lock-in; you can upgrade or downgrade anytime based on your business needs.
What is the E-Wallet system?
To simplify accounting, service fees are deducted from your wallet. International rates may fluctuate; the final cost is based on the system at the time of shipment.
How to top up and check balance?
We support bank transfers (Min.NT500). Monitor your transaction history and balance via the dashboard.
Getting Started & Account Management
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New users get a 14-day free trial with full features. You can subscribe to a plan to continue after the trial.
What happens when the trial expires?
The system transitions to your subscription. Services pause if the balance is low. Please top up before expiry to ensure seamless operations.
Does it support multi-user access?
Yes. Depending on the plan, the "Pro Plan" supports up to 10 users for team collaboration.
How to choose the right plan?
Small sellers should start with Starter/Advanced. For multi-channel sync and high volume, we recommend the Pro Plan for better rates.
